Staff were VERY POLITE, beds were super and lovely breakfasts. Airy rooms with newly renovated bathrooms, very good value for money. The staff did all they can for an incredible stay. The hotel was near Cape Town downtown. Historic location - 15 mins walk from a bus station. The provided service was amazing too.

Fairly clean marvellous accommodation with helpful staff and perfect location in the city center. Loved the buffet breakfast, muffins, yoghourt and croissants were good! Everything was simply nice.

The staff was accommodating and the service was outstanding, so it was real good stay. The family room was decent sized, had a safe box, an electronic key card and a work desk. Besides, public parking nearby was handy.
Well, the area was absolutely disgusting overall.
